- Locate your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. It typically looks like a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784).
- Visit the carrier’s official website (e.g., usps.com, dhl.com, fedex.com) and enter the tracking number in the designated field.
- If you prefer a unified tracking experience, use a third-party tracking service like 17Track (see below).

How to use 17Track:
- Go to www.17track.net .
- Paste your tracking number into the search bar on the homepage.
- Click the "Track" button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display real-time updates.
- You can also download the 17Track mobile app (iOS/Android) for push notifications.

What to Do If Your Tracking Information Doesn’t Update
It is normal for tracking to show no updates for 24–48 hours after dispatch, especially for international shipments. If no update appears after 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

- Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours of shipment.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided in your shipping confirmation email.
